At Visava Amusement Waterpark & Resort, we prepare fresh homemade buffet meals and allocate dedicated cottages, slides, and staff based on confirmed reservations. Consequently:
Zero Monetary Payback or Cash Back
All booking payments, token advance amounts, and full package settlements are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE under any and all circumstances.
No refund requests will be accepted due to:
- Cancellation of trips by customer for personal, work, or family reasons.
- Sudden weather variations, rain, overcast sky, or heat.
- Guest headcount reduction (e.g., booking for 20 guests and arriving with only 12).
- Delayed arrival at the resort or premature departure before checkout.
- Non-usage of water slides, wave pools, or meal buffets by individual members.
2. Booking Date Change Policy (Sole Discretion of Management)
While refunds are strictly not permissible, we offer flexibility through date rescheduling under the following strict conditions:
- Only Date Will Change (No Refund): In case of genuine personal emergencies, guests may request to postpone their visit to a future date.
- Decided Exclusively by Management: All requested postponement dates must be approved by the resort management based on calendar vacancy and occupancy limits.
- Mandatory Advance Notice: Date change requests must be communicated in writing via official WhatsApp (+91 8007898267) at least 48 to 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. Same-day postponement requests will not be entertained and the advance will be forfeited.
- Tariff Difference Applies: If a booking is moved from a regular weekday to a weekend, public holiday, or festive peak season where higher rates apply, the guest must pay the dynamic rate difference upon arrival.
- Validity Window: Postponed bookings must be redeemed within a maximum of 30 days from the original booking date, after which the deposit lapses automatically.
3. Dynamic Pricing & Tariff Decisions
Tariff transparency and management authority:
- Up and Down Price Variations: Resort package charges, entry fees, and cottage tariffs fluctuate ("up and down") depending on peak summer vacations, long weekends, festivals, and operational requirements.
- Management Sole Prerogative: All price modifications are established entirely by the management at its sole discretion. A previously offered quotation or promotional banner cannot be claimed once tariffs are revised.
4. Room Allocation: "First-Come, First-Served" Availability
Guidelines for day stay cottages and overnight rooms:
- Rooms are allocated purely on a real-time availability basis (first-come, first-served) at the reception desk during physical check-in.
- Room allocations are contingent upon producing mandatory original government photo identity proofs for every occupant.
- Early check-ins or late check-outs cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability and supplementary charges.
5. Safety & Zero Liability Summary
Guests are reminded that entry into waterpark areas is entirely at their own risk. Patients suffering from heart conditions, blood pressure, asthma, epilepsy, fractures, or recent surgeries are warned not to visit or use water attractions. The resort and its owners bear ZERO ownership or liability for any accident, fracture, body injury, or death occurring inside resort boundaries.
